    DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
    AMBULATORY NETWORK
    POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
  • Partner with Ambulatory leadership team to coordinate and develop systems to promote quality
  • Works closely with all levels of administration, physicians and external organization to coordinate practice operations
  • Primary administrative contact for internal and external customers
    PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supports 3 Assistant Administrators of Ambulatory Clinics
  • Manages complex calendars for Executives
  • Organizes and coordinates meetings and functions for senior management, Trustees, and others as requested
  • Using expert-level, broad-based software skills (spreadsheets, presentation software, database, graphics, publishing, etc.), prepares various documents and reports
  • Provides administrative support of a highly complex and confidential nature
  • Coordinates/Manages projects, meetings and special events for senior management, Trustees and others as requested
  • Takes minutes and provides follow-up on matters arising from meetings
    REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related degree
  • Requires a minimum of five years administrative assistant experience to executive level management or a combination of project management and administrative/executive assistant experience
  • Equivalent experience may substitute for degree requirement
