TEMPORARY EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT DAYS 100% FTE
3 to 5 Days Onsite
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
This is a temporary position expected to last for a term of approximately 6 months
This position coordinates, plans, implements, and monitors activities falling within the purview of the HMC QI program
This position also provides back-up support for activities of the Patient Safety program, Infection Prevention & Control program, and Medical Director's office, as assigned

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The core focus is supporting key committee and council meetings, providing scheduling support for QI leadership, and facilitating payment of invoices attributable to HMC QI
Manage calendar and communication for the HMC Assistant Administrator for Quality Improvement, Patient Safety, and Infection Prevention & Control
Provide principle programmatic coordination for the HMC QI program
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
BACHELOR'S DEGREE
Experience as executive assistant or program coordinator with complex scheduling experience
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Access
Ability to proactively manage complex, time-sensitive projects including scheduling and coordination related to quality, safety and regulatory requirements
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with complex data collection systems
Ability to prepare and present information and to communicate effectively with quality improvement team members, clinical staff, and other HMC and UW Medicine stakeholders
Ability to proactively manage complex, time-sensitive projects including scheduling and coordination related to quality, safety and regulatory requirements
