OPPORTUNITY University of Washington Medical Center – Montlake – Interventional Radiology has an outstanding opportunity for a
FULL-TIME, DAYS shift, INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST -IR TECH .
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE? Under general direction from the Imaging Lead and/or Imaging Supervisor, the person in this role will perform complex technical procedures and assist physicians during clinical and research examinations such as angioplasties, embolization's, chemotherapy treatments, and intracranial procedures.
Additionally, this individual will participate in the training of residents, fellows and students.
WHAT’S NEEDED? Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school, registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) OR equivalent education/experience.
Certified by the State of Washington as a Radiologic Technologist.
