Swedish Medical Group is looking for a Senior Manager BH System Program Services (1.0 FTE, Day SHIFT) to work in Ambulatory Behavioral Health at Swedish Medical Group in Seattle, WA.

The Senior Manager—Behavioral Health Program Services ensures the BH portfolio roll out and related services are implemented and maintained effectively. This includes large, diverse and complex projects or process improvements and may include the areas of clinical informatics; physician practice implementations; process improvement, strategic project development and supporting the operations of several clinical teams. Manages the Regional Behavioral Health support team to ensure work is aligning and serving the strategic direction of the program. Also, ensures consistent Behavioral Health messaging and communications both internally to Swedish and externally to community partners and patients.

In this position you will:

• Promotes efficient and effective Regional BH program services while ensuring the support team is aligning with Behavioral Health strategic plan.
• Oversees operations of multi-functional teams, as well as the BH Shared Services budgets.
• Manages projects and programs with increased complexity, strategic priority and/or visibility, system and/or regional.
• Facilitates strategic planning with internal customers for deployment of information technologies and/or major services and products.
• Ensures report development and analysis of BH clinical quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Healthcare Administration, clinical or related field
• 5 years experience in project management, healthcare administration, or clinical field
• 3 years additional experience leading multiple diverse and complex projects or programs
• 3 years high level individual contributor or leadership experience building relationships with executive management, department managers and project manager
• 2 years experience facilitating complex decisions making among multiple executive stakeholders with different interests and priorities
• 2 years expertise and experience with Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles
• 2 years demonstrated experience in business development and/or strategic and tactical planning and execution including marketing, communications and financial planning
• 2 years experience developing and implementing benchmarks and metrics in support of improved quality and process design

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Master's Degree in related field
• Project Management Professional designation (PMI) certification strongly
