Description:
Swedish Medical Group is looking for a Senior Manager BH System Program Services (1.0 FTE, Day SHIFT) to work in Ambulatory Behavioral Health at Swedish Medical Group in Seattle, WA.
The Senior Manager—Behavioral Health Program Services ensures the BH portfolio roll out and related services are implemented and maintained effectively. This includes large, diverse and complex projects or process improvements and may include the areas of clinical informatics; physician practice implementations; process improvement, strategic project development and supporting the operations of several clinical teams. Manages the Regional Behavioral Health support team to ensure work is aligning and serving the strategic direction of the program. Also, ensures consistent Behavioral Health messaging and communications both internally to Swedish and externally to community partners and patients.
