Description:
Swedish Medical Center is looking for a NRO Resource Specialist (0.9 FTE, Night Shift) to work for the Nursing Resource Office at Swedish Shared Services in Seattle, WA.
The NRO Resource Specialist is responsible for preparing and maintaining staffing schedules for assigned units, managing time and attendance for unit personnel, and partnering with the Clinical Manager to adjust staffing needs.
