Hours: 8-6 Mon-Friday and 9-4 Saturdays

Pediatrics at University Village Clinic- Our pediatric teams know all about children.

Our University Village Pediatric Clinic has a per diem opening for an experienced clinic RN. We deliver world-class pediatric care, from birth until young adults. Virginia Mason is committed to providing the finest health care possible for your child at five locations around the Puget Sound. Our pediatric providers offer the following services:

  • Well Child Checks, Vaccinations and Hearing and Vision Screening
  • Flu Shots
  • Sports and School Physicals
  • Asthma
  • Weight Loss Management
  • ADHD Assessments
  • Dermatology
  • Pharmacy
  • Laboratory and X-Ray

As a Registered Nurse at Virginia Mason you are able to grow personally and professionally as you make a dramatic difference in the lives of others. The responsibilities of the Registered Nurse includes:
  • Coordinating and facilitating quality management of a broad based outpatient population across the continuum of care.
  • Providing skilled triage and assessment, education, collaboration and coordination of healthcare and community resources,
  • Supporting the care team in the provision of patient care.
  • Providing patient advice
  • Assisting in prioritizing daily work of the clinic
  • Providing direction to team members, including oversight of Medical Assistant’s clinical competency.

Qualifications:

  • Current Washington State licensure as an RN
  • CPR certification is required every two years
  • Bachelors of Science of Nursing
  • Strong patient assessment skills, ability to work collaboratively in team setting, current working knowledge of electronic medical records.

Ideal candidates will have Pediatric clinic RN experience. Please note: This position is for per diem hours. Virginia Mason offers much more than competitive compensation and benefits.
