Swedish Medical Center is looking for Case Management Applications Operations Analyst (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) to work for the Case Management Department at Swedish Shared Services in Seattle, WA.

The Case Management Applications Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and ensuring the security, data integrity and uptime of Midas and other Case Management software applications.

In this position you will:

• Administers and maintain the Case Management Systems.
• Develop, maintain and standardize processes for collecting, validating, storing and distributing of information both in Case Management Software and Technology Systems and out of Case Management Software and Technology Systems through engineering report forms and dash board.
• Administer the Case Management technology systems change management processes.
• Train /support Case Management department.
• Administer and maintain the Midas application.
• Support service contract administration process.
• Collect, research and analyze contract expense data, contractor performance metrics and contract consolidation opportunities.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Five (5) years direct experience with managing central information management programs, case management operations, consolidating and analyzing complex database across multiple sites, compliance process specific to CMS, NFPA, DEQ and OSHA required.
• Five (5) years direct experience with CMMS and Midas applications.

Preferred qualifications for this position include: .

• Bachelor's Degree Information management or equivalent or 5 years relevant experience in the field.
• Experience with The Joint Commission (TJC) and Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and The Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program (HFAP), survey processes.
