Senior Recruiter - Nursing

Position Summary:
If selected, you'll become a trusted partner to several of our hospitals or other key business units. You'll get to know the facilities, leaders, care models and other key details needed to find "right fit" talent and facilitate placements that work for our new hires too.
We're looking for a service-oriented recruiter with the ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced, team environment. Our req volumes are high, so organizational skills are essential. Other critical skills include resourcefulness, initiative and a sense of urgency. But, you won't be on your own. We have an outstanding team of Recruiting Associates to manage candidate travel, references and new hire onboarding.
Minimum Requirements:
Five years recruitment experience, preferably in a union environment. Candidates with prior hospital RN recruiting experience will be given priority.
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
BA degree in Human Resources management, business, or related field required. Master’s degree in business or health care administration preferred.
Equivalent additional qualifying work experience may be substituted for education HR or recruitment certification preferred.
