Job Description
While based in Hootsuite’s London's office, you will report to VP, Business and Corporate Development. Please note that the role will include travel from time to time to client sites and events, other Hootsuite offices, etc. The Senior Partner Manager to help Hootsuite create and manage relationships with Solution Partners that are transforming business for their clients, by bringing them services and solutions built around social across the EMEA region. You’ll be working on building and commercialising a world class Solution Partner ecosystem that is integral to the success of Hootsuite and its customers in EMEA.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Establish relationships with Solution Partner leadership and selling teams across the region
- Leverage existing partner programs to drive and accelerate revenue through your solution partners in your assigned territory
- Help recruit new Solution Partners across EMEA that are driving transformational change around social business
- Maximise sales & total partner revenue in your territory via referral and/or reseller partner relationships by providing business planning, partner management, marketing plans, review opportunity management and coordination of Partner Enablement
- Coach and work with partners to introduce solutions built around Hootsuite’s platform to their clients to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Provide monthly and quarterly forecasts via partners to regional and global leadership
- Achieve quarterly targets for attributed revenue from your solution partners
- Develop internal enablement plans to inform and educate Hootsuite sales and success teams on Solution Partner capabilities, selling motions and value propositions
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Extensive experience managing system integrators, consultants and VARs
- Experience positioning enterprise level solutions in the territory and a successful track record of managing sales cycles with partners and the overall business relationship with the partners
- A proven history of recruiting and motivating partners with industry leading technologies
- Commitment to Results: consistently achieves results, demonstrating high performance, and challenging self and others to deliver results
- Negotiation: successfully obtains commitment to a solution or idea, while maintaining integrity and relationships
- Perseverance: pursues everything with energy, drive and a need to finish - doesn’t give up
- Resilience, Tolerance for Change/Ambiguity: can effectively cope with change, finding ways to advance work and projects
- Proven ability as a top producer in a sales and/or channel role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Web technology sales experience is ideal
