The Director is responsible for driving leadership and quality assurance for all services developed for the current and future students, advising current and prospective students, handling internal and external communications and marketing, overseeing and managing program-appropriate events, supervising staff, developing and managing the budget, and working closely with the Associate Dean for Master’s Programs, teaching faculty, advisory committees, Marketing Communications colleagues, and other Foster graduate program directors to ensure a large and well-qualified Hybrid MBA cohort, delivery of a transformative development experience, and strong professional development outcomes for graduates.
