Position Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing selected nursing care according to Nurse Practice Act, State and Federal Regulations and Agency policy, as directed by a Registered Nurse or licensed Practitioner. This position delivers routine care and services to patients/clients in their home on an intermittent basis. Independent decision-making is expected in the execution of routine duties. Decisions regarding client care or services require the review and approval of the Registered Nurse or licensed Practitioner.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of two (2) years of clinical medical, surgical or other specialty area of experience required.
Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Graduate of an accredited Vocational Licensed Practical Nursing Program required
Licensed in the State of Washington as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Current CPR
