Job Description
We’re looking for a Vice President, Digital Growth to own and operate the overall global Hootsuite online self serve revenue, cutting edge digital marketing strategy and the global demand center of excellence. You’ll be leading the digital growth organization for our notorious Vancouver superstar brand across global regions and offices in EMEA, Americas and APAC. You will be responsible for leading the high energy, exceptionally talented teams tasked with meeting or preferably driving towards beating global revenue targets for all online revenue, field pipeline and online customer retention and growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Create and execute a strong demand generation foundation for success in Vancouver and globally that enables scale across regions, empowering successful regional execution.
- Own pricing and packaging strategy and execution for online self-serve offerings.
- Drive positive benchmarking against other best in class businesses in the SaaS space.
- Take part in establishing Hootsuite as THE online social relationship leader.
- Collaborate with fellow executives to lead the overall planning cycle, including annual Digital Growth business strategy development and quarterly business reviews.
- Represent the company’s online product strategy as an effective change agent to drive daily operations that support the entire flywheel.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Proven excellence as a Global Online Revenue leader with deep revenue ownership, consistent revenue achievement and accurate forecasting.
- Strong background in an executive capacity with a SaaS software company; ideally one with a freemium component.
- Repeat experience with scaling a SaaS product.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics and SaaS funnel - customer acquisition, customer retention, monetization, flywheel and pipeline.
- Degree in Business or equivalent industry experience; Masters Degree preferred.
