HR Advisor with Swedish
Location: Warsaw, Hybrid work (at least 3 days from the office per week)
As HR Advisor, you will join our HR Services Team in the Advice & Guidance Service Function. This role plays an important part in helping to make AstraZeneca a Great Place to Work by supporting our managers to be the best they can be, facilitating them to engage, empower, challenge, and coach their teams to unleash their full potential.
Accountabilities:
As an HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include resolving HR queries and issues for managers and employees, helping managers to understand, interpret and apply HR policy , resolving HR issues in respect to Payroll and Time & Attendance. You will ensure the support delivered to stakeholders is of exceptional quality and in accordance with written procedures, current legal requirements, and internal standards.

You will also prioritize workload to achieve personal and work unit targets and continuously improve ways of working to develop and simplify processes and systems.
