What You’ll Do

As a Translation Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our localization efforts—ensuring our software, marketing, and support content is accurately and consistently translated across multiple languages and markets.

Your Impact:

• Manage and execute translation workflows using CAT tools (preferably memoQ and/or Smartling).
• Translate, review, and edit content including software UI, help documentation, marketing materials, and legal texts.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure seamless multilingual user experiences.
• Maintain translation memories and terminology databases to ensure consistency and quality.
• Monitor and improve translation quality across all supported languages.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to localization best practices.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex translation/localization projects.
• Proficiency with CAT tools (memoQ and/or Smartling preferred).
• Strong command of English (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with basic programming concepts and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of real estate or accounting terminology.
• Experience working in a tech or SaaS environment.
