Each programmatic team and its support functions brings unique skills, knowledge, and experiences that contribute to the overall success of the organization. Having clear and structured Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is essential to improve the productivity of the organization to deliver people, nature and climate goals, supporting the government commitment to achive its climate ambitions by 2030 leading to net zero target prior to 2060.
Job Highlight
The primary purpose of this consultancy is to design, develop, and propose a comprehensive and standardized KPI framework for all positions within the organization, structured by job grades and job families leading to improved efficiency or the organization to deliver people, nature and climate objectives. This framework will ensure consistent and measurable performance expectations, facilitate objective evaluation, and align individual and team contributions with the organization's strategic objectives.
Under direct supervision of the Head of Human Resources, this position will be based in Jakarta with office-flex working arrangement. In support of WRI's DEI commitment, you are responsible for actively participating in these collaborative efforts by integrating equity into your work, our workplace, and the organizational culture.

What You Will Need
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Education: Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Skills:
Language: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken) is required.
Personal Attributes: High level of professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Duration
3 months of contract with the possibility of no-cost extension subject to final report and future needs.

Terms of Payment
The consultant will be contracted on a deliverable-based arrangement with terms of payment details as follow:
All payments are subject to satisfactory completion of the deliverables and approval by the designated supervisor.

What we offer
Must have authorization to work in Indonesia to be eligible for this position.
Final candidates might be required to take a writing test and to produce two writing samples when needed.
