Are you a Software Engineer, Developer, or Tester looking for an exciting opportunity? We're hiring Entry-Level engineers to join our team in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania. You'll be part of the Vertical Lift Division within Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Software Engineering.

What You'll Do:

As a full-time Software Engineer, you'll:

  • Develop high-quality software solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable products.
  • Play a key role in the testing process to ensure our deliverables meet the highest standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to understand software requirements and design objectives.
  • Propose, design, and implement software solutions.
  • Develop, document, and maintain software architectures, requirements, designs, code, and automated tests.
  • Participate in code reviews and design discussions, contributing to continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Major in a core engineering/applied sciences discipline (Aeronautical/Aerospace, Civil (especially Structural emphasis or interest), Chemical, Computer Engineering/Science, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology (Manufacturing Engineering Technology), Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Software Engineering, Structural Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technical, Industrial Management, Operations Research, Cybersecurity, Engineering Mechanics, Systems Engineering).

  • Graduate or a currently enrolled student attending a college or university with an expected graduation date prior to August 2025

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to research and solve fundamental problems.
  • Skills in developing, documenting, and maintaining software architectures, code, designs, and automated tests.
  • Ability to break down functional requirements into well-defined tasks.
  • Willingness to learn new skills through on-the-job training and experience.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Pay and Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range:

$74,800 - $101,200
