Team/Role Overview
As part of the HR Organisational Readiness team, the Change Management Manager plans and executes strategies to drive successful adoption of HR-sponsored change initiatives across the firm - typically supporting multiple projects concurrently. This role partners with project teams to evaluate the impact of changes to processes, policies, and/or technology. This role is then responsible for designing strategies to prepare impacted stakeholders and delivering tactics such as communications, training, and help resources with support from Change Management Analysts.
The ideal candidate is energised by change and understands how to influence others to adopt changes. Working independently, maintaining effectiveness during ambiguity, and developing strong partnerships with stakeholders will be key to success in this role. While not a people manager role, this role provides day-to-day direction to Change Management Analysts supporting them, including providing feedback and coaching on tactical deliverables.
