Technical Project Manager

Job Description

Core ResponsibilityLeverage technical skills to support marketing, operations, and reporting initiatives. This includes performing basic front-end web development, constructing data and user workflows using tools like Twilio and Zapier, building spreadsheets for lightweight data analysis, and implementing tracking and reporting software on marketing websites.Key Duties

• Write and modify basic JavaScript and CSS to adjust web page behavior and styling, utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for assistance.
• Implement, test, and maintain marketing attribution technologies, including tracking pixels, event logging, and call tracking tools.
• Develop customized IVRs and call routing flows using Twilio, CallRail, and related platforms.
• Use workflow automation tools like Zapier to integrate and route data between different systems.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to log, analyze, and report on consumer behaviors.
• Write simple integrations with third-party APIs using Zapier, Google App Scripts, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to configure software systems that effectively meet business needs.
• Maintain and update documentation for workflows, integrations, and marketing technologies to ensure knowledge sharing and ease of troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues with tracking, data workflows, or integrations as they arise.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to resolve technical issues or implement new features related to marketing and operations software.
• Assist in QA and validation testing for new marketing tools, dashboards, or workflow automations before deployment.
• Support data privacy and compliance initiatives by ensuring tracking implementations adhere to relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Provide end-user training and support to marketing and operations teams on new tools or processes.

Skills & Experience

• Strong ability to learn new concepts and tools independently.
• A proactive, curious technical mindset comfortable experimenting and tackling new challenges.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and CSS.
• Understanding of JSON and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with basic spreadsheet formulas and pivot tables.
