Introduction to role:

The Associate Director – HR Solutions Demand Delivery leads organization-wide HR technology solutions. This strategic role partners with HR, IT, and business leaders to turn business needs into scalable digital HR tools. With a focus on innovation and data-driven tactics, the role leverages AI, automation, and analytics to deliver employee-centric HR systems. The aim is to align digital HR with business objectives, create a modern, agile HR function, and drive continuous improvement for better workforce productivity and employee experience.

Typical Accountabilities:

Build partnerships and coordinate with HR, IT, and business teams.

Lead Agile projects, SCRUM, and prioritize HR technology demand.

Oversee HR solution enhancements, implementation, and delivery.

Streamline demand intake, manage backlog, and reporting.

Coordinate resources, manage risks, and ensure compliance.

Identify improvements and drive automation and AI in processes.

Facilitate communication and post-project reviews.

Essential Skills/Experience:

10+ years in HR technology delivery in complex, global settings.

Proven leadership in HR tech projects using AI, automation, and analytics.

Expertise in key HR platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle).

Strong project management, process improvement, and change management skills.

Deep understanding of digital HR trends and data privacy.

Excellent communicator and influencer with strategic vision.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum, HR Tech, or HR Analytics) are highly desirable.
