The Boeing Company Global Services (BGS) Quality, Operations, and Execution (QOE) Human Resources (HR) team is seeking an Experienced Human Resources Generalist in San Antonio, TX. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive team focused on shaping the future of HR at Boeing and driving business value for the San Antonio Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) portfolio.
As a hands-on HR Generalist, this role involves maintaining a visible presence on the manufacturing floor to ensure employees receive support and that concerns are addressed promptly. The position requires partnering with managers and employees to enhance employee engagement, career development, performance management, and leadership coaching. Contributions will be vital in delivering effective HR programs and services while integrating with Operations and HR Centers of Excellence, including Ethics, Labor Relations, Total Rewards, and Legal.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR support, conflict resolution, and relationship-building at all levels serving as a liaison between employees and management, enhancing communication, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Summary Pay Range: $81,600 - $110,400

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
