The Opportunity

As a IDMC Admin, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and ensuring the efficient operation of our IDMC Platform.

You will work closely with our data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence teams to support the organization’s by monitoring, job progress, status identify and resolve issues and optimize job performance

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Essential

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience working with data integration tools, including at least 5 years with Informatica IDMC
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading and managing teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive strategic initiatives.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter and other Informatica tools.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Shell Scripting.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Proven track record of successful leadership in data engineering projects.

Shift hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST - (4:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST).
• Shift duration: 9 hours, including a dinner and snack break. Note that we’ll be providing meals
and snacks.
