About the Role:
Are you passionate about crafting impactful social media strategies and building brand presence across digital platforms? Yardi is looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team and help take our social media efforts to the next level. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead the development and execution of social strategies or high-performing content that grows audience reach, boosts engagement, and strengthens the Yardi brand. You’ll collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Events, Corporate Marketing, and Executive leadership to deliver cohesive messaging and a consistent brand voice. What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- Plan, write, and schedule engaging, on-brand content across relevant platforms
- Develop social-first content, including ideation, scripting, filming, voiceover, and editing to align with campaigns and strategies
- Serve as an on-camera presence or voice for social content as needed to enhance engagement
- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and creative teams to align messaging, support campaigns, and coordinate event promotion (e.g., YASC)
- Support employer brand efforts and employee advocacy in partnership with Talent Acquisition and internal communications
- Advise and empower executive leadership and sales teams on effective social media use
- Engage with social media audiences, respond to inquiries, and address reputation or customer issues as needed
- Track and analyze engagement and campaign performance to refine strategies and report ROI
- Plan and manage paid advertising efforts, including campaign boosting and targeting
- Build and maintain relationships with ambassadors, influencers, and industry partners
- Promote social messaging that reflects company culture, values, philanthropy, and workplace environment
- Research social media trends, tools, and best practices to stay current and innovative
- Train and mentor team members and contribute to process improvement across social media operations
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five plus (5+) years of communications and social media experience, with demonstrated success in both strategy development and content execution
- Advanced skill in creating, managing, and optimizing social media content and paid campaigns for B2B audiences across major platforms
- Advanced proficiency in video content creation, including scripting, filming, editing, and voiceover
- Comfortable appearing on-camera for social content as needed
- Proficiency in video editing tools and content design platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored for digital audiences
- Ability to interpret and act on performance data and campaign metrics
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Ability to strategically develop and execute plans that deliver results
- Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
- Strong knowledge of employer branding, employee advocacy, or influencer marketing
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with B2B or SaaS marketing landscapes
- Resourceful and creative problem-solver

Annual Salary Range: $76,800 - $86,400
