Job Description

As a Finance Trainee at Takeda, you will gain valuable experience in corporate financial operations within a dynamic and purpose-driven environment. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to our shared mission of improving lives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses for data-driven decision-making.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across Takeda functions.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to innovate and optimize processes.
• Create strong financial narratives to support our commercial strategy.

Requirements:

• Mandatory requirement: The candidate must be able to sign a full-time, one-year agreement with the university.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• High-level communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in financial tools, Microsoft Excel, and ideally Power BI.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a dynamic global organization.
