The Role: HR Business Partner (0.5FTE) As a pivotal part of our UK & Ireland team, you'll champion the creation of an exceptional employee experience that aligns with our EUCAN People Strategy and Global HR vision. Your role is integral in fostering employee engagement, driving people-focused solutions, and enhancing our workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership: Align business objectives with talent strategy, acting as both a consultant and advocate for HR-related matters.
• Employee Experience Architect: Spearhead local and regional initiatives to enrich our workplace, ensuring alignment with our global mission.
• Talent Catalyst: Facilitate talent management processes, from onboarding to development, ensuring the right people in the right roles.
• Change Agent: Support organizational change, providing guidance on HR practices, and driving forward our people agenda.
• Insight Driver: Utilise analytics to inform decisions and shape our People initiatives, ensuring a responsive and impactful approach.
