Shift Timing: 6.30pm - 3.30am Position Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Social Media & Directory Listings Manager to join our growing legal marketing team. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about both creative content and operational performance. In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day social media presence for a law firm across platforms including Facebook & Instagram, as well as oversee the law firm’s directory listings across legal
directories to ensure accuracy, lead tracking, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management (50%)
● Develop and execute a content strategy and posting calendar for various social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
● Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging, on-brand content including graphics, short-form video, and captions.
● Schedule and publish posts consistently and in accordance with best practices.
● Monitor, moderate, and respond to comments and messages to encourage community engagement.
● Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and provide regular reporting with insights and recommendations.Directory Listings Management (50%)
● Manage and maintain the firm’s presence on legal directories (e.g., Avvo, FindLaw, Justia, Super Lawyers, etc.).
● Ensure all listings are accurate, consistent, and up-to-date across platforms.
● Coordinate with lead routing and analytics teams to ensure leads from directories are tracked and attributed correctly.
● Collaborate with directory partners to explore paid placement or sponsorship opportunities to boost visibility.
● Manage and respond to client reviews across platforms and flag any issues requiring follow-up.
● Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular reports with insights for improvement. Qualifications
● 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
● Experience with directory listings is a plus.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms and their nuances
● Experience using scheduling or content management tools
● Strong written communication skills and a creative mindset.
● Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project management skills.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
● Experience working with a U.S.-based team or legal clients is a plus.
