Job Title: IT Service Management Senior Analyst, Quality and Laboratory Systems

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for IT support and service administration for Laboratory and Quality IT systems within Alexion's Quality and Manufacturing Science and Analytical Technology (MSAT) functions. As a key contact for these functions, you will oversee BAU service management, IT support, upgrades, and minor enhancements, collaborating with external partners and vendors. Your efforts will drive operational efficiency through lean digital solutions and processes.
