About the Role:

Join Yardi as an Associate Account Executive and play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of our industry-leading Self Storage software solution. Yardi’s Self Storage Suite offers a fully integrated platform designed to streamline operations, automate workflows, and enhance the customer experience for self storage operators of all sizes. In this inside sales role, you’ll focus on small- to medium-sized accounts within an assigned territory, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while meeting and exceeding individual sales goals. What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales of Yardi solutions within the assigned territory, focusing on small- to medium-sized accounts.
• Execute end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals, while meeting individual sales goals.
• Devote a minimum of 4+ hours per day to phone-based activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and identifying key decision makers.
• Skillfully navigate the sales process to successfully close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Prioritize proactive prospecting to identify new opportunities and expand your client base.
• Dedicate time and effort to qualifying leads and ensuring alignment with key decision makers.
• Participate in marketing events, effectively showcasing Yardi's solutions.
• Commitment to personal growth, including the completion of product certifications and performance reports.

Who You Are:

• Proven sales background in the software or tech industry, or experience in property management.
• Demonstrated success in selling software solutions or services.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques; understanding of the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Self -motivated and a fast learner
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing sales environment.
• Goal Orientation: Driven by achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
• *The role will include travel for corporate events and trade shows
