Working with us means you’ll have the opportunity to make lasting, impactful changes for our company and our customers. If you’re ready to apply your exceptional skills to create the factory of the future, we’d love to speak with you.
ABOUT THE ROLE At Bright Machines, we’re transforming the way things are made — combining software, robotics, and automation to revolutionize manufacturing. As we grow, we’re looking for a proactive and mission-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to help us build the teams that power our innovation. This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll own searches from start to finish, work closely with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and engaging candidate experience. We’re seeking someone who understands the unique dynamics of hiring in robotics, automation, and manufacturing environments — and who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and help scale our hiring function as we grow.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Own full-cycle recruiting for key roles across all functions including engineering, and operations.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview processes
- Source candidates through proactive outreach, referrals, and creative search strategies
- Conduct phone screens, manage candidate relationships, and drive an excellent candidate experience
- Schedule interviews and support coordination needs as we grow our talent team
- Track hiring metrics and pipeline health in our ATS (Lever) and share monthly reporting with hiring teams and leadership
- Collaborate with the rest of the HR team and marketing team on employer branding and candidate communications
- Continuously seek to improve and automate our recruiting processes, documentation, and tools
- Contribute to broader People Team initiatives that may including onboarding and employee experience as we are a small and might team, but plan to grow in the future.
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, coordination, or HR roles preferably in a startup environment
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Lever experience is a strong plus)
- Experience using Linkedin or similar tools for sourcing candidates
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the confidence to drive improvements
- Passion for creating a thoughtful, human-centered candidate experience
- Curiosity and flexibility—you enjoy learning, adapting, and contributing in a growing environment
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD
- Experience recruiting for Robotics, Manufacturing and Software Engineering
- Experience working within global teams and recruiting outside the US
$100,000 - $135,000 a year
