Role Purpose:

As a Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager specializing in SAP projects, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of complex SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. You will lead multi-functional teams, manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires a solid understanding of SAP methodologies, project management standard processes, and superb communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end SAP project delivery, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
• Team Management: Build and lead high-performing project teams, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business requirements.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring they deliver services according to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
• SAP Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of SAP modules and functionalities to drive project success.
• Methodology: Apply project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to SAP projects.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
• +8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP implementations and upgrades.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects on time and within budget.
• Solid understanding of SAP modules and functionalities (e.g., S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD).
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Superb communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
