At Quantcast, we're redefining what's possible in digital advertising. As a global Demand Side Platform (DSP) powered by AI, we help marketers connect with the right audiences and deliver measurable results across the Open Web. Our foundation is built on cutting-edge measurement and consumer analytics, giving our clients the tools they need to drive success in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Since our start in 2006, we've pioneered industry firsts—from launching the original measurement platform for digital publishers to introducing the first AI-driven DSP. If you're ready to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team that thrives on creating transformative solutions, Quantcast is the perfect place to grow your career. Are you a dynamic and results-oriented Mid-Market Sales Leader with a passion for AdTech? Imagine the chance to build and scale a high-performing EMEA sales engine from our vibrant Dublin hub. This isn't just a leadership role; it's an opportunity to make a significant impact, driving substantial revenue growth and shaping our commercial success across diverse European markets. If you thrive on building winning teams, implementing innovative sales strategies, and fostering a culture of achievement, this is your moment. As our Director of Corporate Sales EMEA, you will be the driving force behind our mid-market revenue growth in the region.

What you'll do:

    • Lead and Inspire: Build, mentor, and expand our EMEA mid-market sales team, directly impacting revenue generation across key regional markets. Your leadership will foster a fun, high-energy, and results-oriented sales culture where individuals thrive and exceed expectations.
    • Architect Sales Excellence: Design, implement, and continuously refine scalable and repeatable sales processes that ensure consistent success and efficiency across the team.
    • Drive Advertiser Acquisition: Develop and execute impactful strategies to acquire new advertisers, collaborating closely with marketing, product, and operations to optimize our go-to-market approach.
    • Elevate Performance: Analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to enhance team output and overall efficiency.
    • Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships both internally and externally, leveraging your technical understanding and interpersonal skills to build trust and drive collaboration.
    • Shape Regional Strategy: Partner closely with leadership to contribute to and execute regional go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives and maximizing our market potential.
    • Leverage Your Network: Utilize your existing knowledge and connections within EMEA growth markets to accelerate our expansion and build strategic partnerships.

What you'll bring:

    • AdTech Expertise: A strong track record of successfully leading mid-market sales teams within the Programmatic Advertising, AdTech, or a closely related digital advertising environment is essential.
    • Growth Acceleration: Demonstrated ability to drive significant and measurable revenue growth across multiple European markets.
    • Process Innovation: Proven experience in building and implementing robust sales processes and infrastructure that support consistent and scalable performance.
    • New Business Acumen: A history of developing and executing successful new customer acquisition strategies, particularly in driving advertiser growth.
    • Exceptional Leadership: A dynamic and inspiring leader with a passion for creating a positive, energetic, and goal-oriented team environment where individuals are motivated to achieve their best.
    • Technical Proficiency: A deep understanding of digital advertising products and platforms, with the ability to articulate their value proposition effectively.
    • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Highly personable and adept at building rapport, influencing stakeholders, and collaborating effectively across diverse functions and cultures.
