The Mass and Emerging Affluent Segments team is part of the Segments & Product Department which is part of Citi’s US Retail Banking group. The Mass and Emerging Affluent Segments team is responsible for designing and delivering differentiated and competitive value propositions to defined client segments with a focus on the digital channel.
The Program Management Lead position is responsible for supporting the design, development and execution of key analytics and initiatives to drive the business performance of the qualified behaviors for Citi’s Mass and Emerging Affluent Segments. The Analytics and Segment Manager will be in charge of competitive benchmarking and will perform ad hoc analytics to understand the industry standard vs. current trends and preferences of the current Citi Emerging Affluent customer base. They will also be responsible to own and deliver initiatives to help deliver differentiated and competitive value propositions to defined client segments.
