Job Description

The Balance Sheet Ctrl Analyst I is a trainee professional role. Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Makes evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information. They are expected to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents. Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own job.
Responsibilities:

• Support local regulatory reporting process for Citibank Korea Inc.
• Assist book closing process under K-IFRS, including passing adjustment entries and consolidating financials at the end of each accounting period
• Support operation of K-SOX (Internal control over financial reporting) program
• Support ECL (Expected Credit Loss) calculation and reporting process
• Escalate problems or issues related to transactions, records, and reporting
• Comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy and applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months full-time working experience
• Internship experience in Financial Services or Accounting preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Detail oriented team player
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise communication skills

Education:

• Bachelors degree

• 한국은행 보고서 (일별/월별/분기별): 통화금융통계조사표, 가계신용통계조사표, 업종별 연체율 현황 등
• 금융감독원 보고서 (일별/월별/분기별): 여수신속보, 주요 수수료수입 현황 등
• 대손충당금 보고 (KIVS내 PD/LGD mapping 오류 f/u, CORE/Flexcube의 대손충당금 관련 기표, KIVS내 채무증권관련 계좌정보 파일 업로드, 대손충당금 관련 각종 보고서 주석 공시)
• CORE GL 계정해제 및 CORE/Flexcube GL maintenance
• 중소기업 대출일보
• 주간 COFIX rate 제출 및 월별 신용보증기금 출연료 계산

자격요건

• 관련 분야 직무 경력 1년 이상
• 꼼꼼하고, 체계적인 업무처리 및 협업 능력
• 명확하고 간결한 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 우수한 영어 커뮤니케이션(Verbal/Written)
• 금융서비스 및 회계 분야 경력 우대

근무조건

• 고용형태: 전문계약직(근무기간: 1년 6개월)
