This is a sales and customer facing position, no office requirement.

Overall Purpose: Drive revenue growth by strategically managing client relationships, generating new and existing sales and delivering AT&T products services and/or solutions to address customers’ strategic business priorities.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Focus: Sales meetings, deployments, closing opportunities (still covering the full sales process)

  • Owns the mobility customer relationship
  • Frontline & front door for customers
  • Prospecting, funnel management & growing revenue
  • Setting proper customer expectations

Digital Adoption Advocate

Office Days & Around Appts***

  • Account maintenance including IoT
  • Rate Plan Analysis
  • FirstNet Eligibility: Guidelines & Customer
  • ROG & Deployables
  • Proposals (Service and Equipment)

In-Building & Cell Booster

  • New Custom APN (PMC/MEC/DNN) builds
  • Collections/AR mediation (owns the account)
  • FN Sub Paid – partner with IHX/Retail & FNSP Team

RFP response Management: May develop and submit detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.

Customer Support and Dispute Resolution: May support resolution of customer disputes and accounts discrepancies, providing effective solutions to billing, installation, and other customer issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Able to solve problems and develop strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Expertise in product presentations/services/migrations benefiting customer needs. Demonstrates knowledge of the entire product/service line.
  • Has deep knowledge of AT&T Mobility & First Net services
  • Expertise to Identify, Qualify, Propose, and Close Sales Opportunities
  • Be able to gather pertinent information from customers for design, pricing and ordering
  • Able to develop sales forecasts and billed revenue outlook (RMT)
  • Travel to customer meetings frequently
  • 4-8 years of complex sales experience and account management experience
  • Within close proximity to the local office

Desired Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 8+ years of related sales experience.

Our Sales Executives earn a base salary between $66,900 - $100,300. + commission with a total target compensation of $124,900 - $158,300. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
