Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Owns the mobility customer relationship
  • Frontline & front door for customers
  • Prospecting, funnel mgmt & growing revenue
  • Setting proper customer expectations
    • Quote/Proposal (Service and Equipment)
    • Pricing (MyPrice / Rome)
    • ACT/RCT
    • Contracting & Contract Vehicle Decisions
    • FirstNet Eligibility: Guidelines & Customer
    • RFx Ownership incl. Submissions
    • MIP/In-Building & Cell Booster
    • New Custom APN (PMC/MEC/DNN) Builds
    • Account Maintenance (Small/Med) and IoT
    • Rate Plan Analysis
    • Reporting (Encourage Premier)
    • Anything court or legal related refer to GLDC
    • Collections/AR Mediation (Account Owner)
    • FN Sub Paid – Sales to Establish an Agency Administrator for

Required Qualifications:

  • Able to solve problems and develop strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Expertise in product presentations/services/migrations benefiting customer needs. Demonstrates knowledge of entire product/service line.
  • Has deep knowledge of AT&T Mobility
  • Expert to Identify, Qualifies, Propose, and Close Opportunities
  • Be able to gathers pertinent information from customers for design, pricing and ordering
  • Able to develops sales forecasts and billed revenue outlook (RMT)

Our Lead Client Sol Exec 3 Mob MC earn a base salary between $105,400 -$158,000 + commission with a total target compensation of $170,400 - $223,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
