-制定全国年度业务预算并有效执行。
-确保与市场部、商务团队沟通合作,及时掌握招标时间并积极配合商务部招投标工作。
-指导监督全国主管的业务计划及目标医院指标设定,并监督核查各项工作实施完成情况。
-与全国重要客户建立并保持良好协作关系,有效管理客户满意度,组织全国医院开发工作。
-负责全国销业务员的培训,考核和激励体系的维护和有效执行,提高业务团队工作士气和业绩。
-提高全国团队人均生产力,指导员工完成年度绩效评估。
Qualifications & Skills:
教育背景
本科或以上学历,医药相关或市场营销专业为佳
相关领域工作经验
5年以上医药行业市场营销相关工作经验,3年以上销售管理工作经验
专业知识与技能
熟练使用计算机办公软件
具有良好的英语听说读写能力
具有极强的沟通协调能力、良好的抗压力、良好的人员管理能力和战略规划能力
