We’re expanding our Biologics Engineering team in Waltham, MA, and are looking for a highly motivated Senior Scientist to lead our antibody production efforts.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and perform expression and purification of antibodies across various scales to support discovery and pre-clinical validation.
• Apply advanced techniques like CE-SDS, SEC-HPLC, and endotoxin assays to assess biologics quality.
• Innovate and improve purification procedures, maintaining instruments such as AktaPure and AktaAvant.
• Maintain detailed records in an electronic lab notebook and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Ph.D. with 2+ years, Master’s with 5+ years, or Bachelor’s with 8+ years of experience in biologics production.
• Expertise in transient mammalian expression systems (HEK293, CHO) and antibody purification.
• Strong background in protein characterization, QC skills, and chromatography instrumentation.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
