Job Purpose: To coordinate and ensure the maintenance of master data for the data objects within the scope of Axial, for example: Materials, Customers, Suppliers, Batches, Production lines, Maintenance teams, etc.

Principal Accountabilities:
Analytics Accountabilities
Providing analytics users with a single point of contact into the Axial program.
Ensuring that the deployment of Axial analytics and AI is well managed: users are migrated; metrics are not duplicated; old analytics are deprecated; the roadmap well understood. Assisting with issue resolution.
Coordinating and delivering local design reviews to ensure that analytics meet user requirements and the UX is acceptable.
Working with analytics users from across the site to facilitate testing of analytics.
Data Accountabilities
- Support the Site Delivery & Deployment Lead in the delivery of the Axial project
- Communicate regularly with the core data team
- Understand and communicate the data migration life-cycle processes
- Co-ordinate data cleansing/purging activities
- Co-ordinate data mapping
- Ensure extraction requirements are clearly communicated and executed
- Prepare tools for data collection and verification
- Develop tools for local data ETL (inc policies for manual loading as appropriate)
- Test data migration with the core team
- Clearly communicate and manage data frost/freeze
- Synchronise static/dynamic/manual data load activities with the core team
- Ensure all data verification steps are completed
- Manage any “day in life”/pre-prod data activities
Knowledge, skills and experience:

Working knowledge of cGMP /compliance
