About the role: We’re looking for an SEO leader who understands the evolving landscape of search, including the rise of generative AI and LLM-powered discovery engines. The ideal candidate can drive discoverability, content strategy, and acquisition across both traditional and emerging search surfaces. This role is based in our Bellevue office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve Aircall’s global SEO strategy across all markets (NA, EMEA, LATAM, APAC), driving performance and discoverability across organic channels.
- Design and implement strategies for both traditional keyword-based search (Google) and emerging LLM-powered search models.
- Partner with Content, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, and Web teams to shape content that ranks across different surfaces and aligns with how buying behavior is changing.
- Build a performance framework for measuring and reporting on organic impact—traffic, lead gen, pipeline influence, and brand visibility.
- Monitor industry changes (Google algorithm shifts, AI SERP updates, OpenAI integrations, etc.) and adapt strategies to stay ahead.
- Test and optimize schema markup, AI summaries, and structured content formats to boost visibility in both search and generative previews.
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops and RevOps to connect SEO efforts to pipeline and revenue.
- Recommend and manage SEO tools and vendors, including technical audits, crawl health, and content intelligence.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of SEO experience in B2B SaaS, with strong understanding of modern search engines and digital acquisition.
- Deep expertise in Google Search, but also a forward-thinker who understands how LLMs are reshaping content discovery and product findability.
- Comfortable working across technical and creative functions—collaborating with developers, writers, and designers to execute full-funnel SEO.
- Data-obsessed. Fluent in tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, GA4, Looker, or similar—and eager to experiment with AI-driven analytics.
- Understands the intersection of SEO, brand, and UX. You don’t chase clicks—you drive qualified traffic that converts.
- Excellent communicator who can translate insights into strategy and advocate for SEO at the leadership level.
$120,000 - $136,000 a year This is not including a 10 percent bonus and other benefits. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location and experience. Aircall is constantly moving forward.
