Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant

Job Description

As a One Medical Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant (internally known as a Lab Services Specialist/ Member Support Specialist) at one of our offices, you’ll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture, dispensary responsibilities, as well as other clinical support services. You will be an ambassador for patients in office, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. You will remove barriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. This includes support for the office with a focus on active daily management, scheduling, inventory, and facilities support. You are the steward of the space and ensure the look and feel of the office lobby are on brand with the One Medical experience. You will be the first point of contact for patient feedback, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Leads, Office Manager, or in office providers. A Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant supports multiple offices.
