The company chose Panama as being best suited to establish its new Global Business Services (GBS) operation center. This new center will initially deliver Finance, Human Resources and Legal services to ELC employees across several geographies and time zones. Through a new innovative service minded approach, this center will redefine service standards globally at ELC. This new GBS team will provide a one-stop-shop solution for the ELC businesses, supported by new customer engagement insights, new systems, and new reporting. In addition to delivering exceptional service to the ELC businesses each day, the GBS team will also be responsible for continuously streamlining work in pursuit of growing its service offering in support of achieving ELC’s strategic and business objectives. Position Overview:

The CSRM Manager is responsible for Supply planning activities to ensure stock is on time and meeting necessary metrics for Brands and markets. Provides visibility to out of stocks, surplus and excess. Resolves challenges with stakeholders due to lack of products, supply constraints, over or under attainment. This position is responsible to have Supply Review meetings on time to review details of SP as part of the IBP process. This role is critical for the regional team & LATAM businesses.


Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure availability and provide visibility of inventory to commercial and marketing teams to generate action plans for basic business & new product launches. Provide visibility across Channels and Retailers. Partner with finance to highlight Supply R&O’s. Provide revenue opportunity via Tradeoff scenarios
  • Full analysis and drive improvements of Supply plan risks in short, med & long term
  • Communication & work with the global team to improve supply availability
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver 95%+ fill rate levels.
  • Collaborate with the Global Supply Planning and be a strong voice for the region to ensure Commercial leaders and brands are getting the supply required to support their business; optimize Fill Rate, CSL, and Revenue growth for the region.
  • Partner with Sales and retailers to drive optimal inventory levels in trade. Provide clear signals back from trade highlighting insights from inventory levels, WOS requirements, new doors, Strategic partnership requirements back to the supply chain organization.
  • Partner closely with Demand Planning & Brand teams to drive a step change in demand management. Supply visibility for Lag 3 feasibility. DP SP LE alignment. Partner to improve WFA and FVA
  • Optimize inventory to prevent excess inventory in all channels and trade levels. Drive appropriate levels of surplus. Drive zero destruction levels.

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Knowledge of the interactions and interplays between supply and demand in the executional (0-2 months) and operational (2-12 month) horizons, with focus on inventory management and supply planning
  • Highly analytical – analyzes data and provides clear / fact-based.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and tactfully navigate multiple cross-functional, matrixed stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and quick to react and respond to changes
  • Ability to work within and across a global, cross-functional team, collaborating with Planning, Supply Chain, and Commercial stakeholders
  • Experience leading and implementing IBP /Supply Review Process.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Operations Research or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of related experience in Supply Chain,
  • Experience in distribution, inventory management and supply planning in the beauty / cosmetic industry.
  • High knowledge of, and experience with supply planning and inventory management tools.
  • Excellent level of Excel & Power BI knowledge.
