Job Description

The role of the Consumer Engagement Executive is to engage consumers in a more integrated and holistic way, leveraging the strengths of our traditional offline platforms and building our new competitive edge in the social/digital context, across paid media & CRM platforms. This role will encompass a deep understanding of customer omni-channel behavior and market trends, allowing for the creation of targeted consumer engagement campaigns and strategies that resonate with these preferences. The successful candidate will then flawlessly execute these campaigns across all offline and online touchpoints, ensuring brand story consistency through various communication channels.

What You Will Achieve
• Plan, execute, and analyze paid media campaigns across various channels.
• Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Manage consumer inquiries and concerns, acting as the brand's point of contact.
• Contribute to brand strategy, stay updated on industry trends, and support brand initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to inform decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
• Handle administrative duties such as budget management, reporting, and PO creation.

Qualifications

What You Will Need
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business, Media or Communications, with specialization in Paid Media and CRM.
• Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) in a similar role, preferably in retail / beauty / high fashion industry.
• Ideal candidate will combine operational expertise in paid media , CRM and digital marketing with strong consumer insights.
• This is an operational and entrepreneurial role, which requires someone with a hands-on approach to business and strong perseverance, as well uphold the highest standards of luxury while being creative and can think outside the box.
• Proactive and positive approach to work and daily tasks.
• Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with all parties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
