About the Job :

The Aveda Consumer Marketing Assistant plays a pivotal role in personal and professional development within the team. Their resposibility are designed to foster growth and contribute to overall success of the marketing strategy:

• Assist the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager in her strategic scope, through market research and social listening, cultivating analytical thinking.
• Assist in KPI tracking and analysis nurtuting leadership and a sense of ownership over campaign outcomes.
• Contribute to build Go-To-Markets toolkits and support VM briefing, providing a hands-on opportunity to refine communication and strategic skills.

About Your Responsibilities

Key tasks:

• Support in briefing visual merchandise for effective communication strategy and execution.
• Conduct market research and social listening to identify actionable trends.
• Assist in KPI tracking and analysis to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Provide support in presentations and deck building for internal and external meetings.
• Organize and facilitate chairing meetings, ensuring effective communication between all the stakeholders
• Structure and manage the team calendar, ensuring all tasks are prioritized.
• Add creative value to projects, contributing fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Assist the affiliates ensuring constant support, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, leveraging consumer insights.

An internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory.

About You

Available 6 months starting JULY , 8th

Minimum Education Level: University degree (or on track to graduate)

Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 1-2 previous internships / work experience ideal.

Required Language Proficiency: Fluent or strong understanding of English

Licenses or Certifications: eligible to work in France
