Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Research:
- Regularly compile and analyze routine market reports (e.g., CHPA, CPA/Sion) to monitor market conditions and product performance; ensure timely delivery of routine reports to relevant teams and stakeholders
- Design and execute regular surveys, such as ATU studies
Research Project Design and Deliver:
- Collaborate with brand teams to identify research needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement tailored research projects to address specific brand questions and challenges.
- Use a variety of research methods and tools to collect and analyze data
Insight Generation and brand strategy support :
- Analyze research data to generate deep insights into market trends, customer perspectives, and competitive dynamics.
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations based on research findings to support brand strategy (such as brand plan and brand action plan).
Stakeholder Communication:
- Engage with brand teams and other stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into research projects.
- Present research findings and insights to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to drive strategic initiatives based on research outcomes.
Qualifications:
Level of Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Market Research, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Working Experience in Relevant Field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in market research, particularly in product-level research and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with routine market reporting and familiarity with data methodologies like CHPA and CPA/Sion.
- Proficiency in survey design and execution, including experience with ATU studies.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing research projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and related market research methodologies is a must.
