Job Purpose
Integrated in the marketing area, and reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Solid Tumors Brand Lead will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategy in an effective and efficient way to maximize customer engagement, leading the Brand Team, and working closely with OCE Lead and the Customer Experience expert roles.
Major Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning Establishing guidelines to ensure the success of the product through excellent knowledge of the product itself and the relevant market, marketing model, and insights generation by developing strategies aimed at maximizing opportunities and minimizing risks.
- As solid tumors is an area that targets a diverse range of patients and HCPs , in-depth knowledge of scientific societies, and public administration is necessary. Defining the brand strategy and tactical plan (Brand Plan), and coordinating its management and implementation with your team and cross-functionally at the company level, seeking synergies with other areas of the company.
- Being responsible for Brand Reviews with European teams, acting as a contact person for these teams at an international level and providing them with insights from the local market.
- Collaborating with the sales team in the development of regional and account plans, contributing your expertise and aligning marketing plans with identified opportunities.
- Implementation Supervising the development of Brand Plans and ensuring, together with the Brand Team, their correct implementation at a national level.
- Creates and generates local content on his /her own or collaborating with local agencies.
- Ensuring the efficient use of resources in your area, analyzing budget deviations, and proposing appropriate measures if necessary.
- Coordinating with the Access and Medical area to ensure that different actions, at a national and regional level, are aligned with the strategy. Planning, identifying, and developing omnichannel campaigns that include appropriate messages adapted to different channels aligned with the brand strategy.
- Identifying business opportunities based on monitoring the activity of different teams and making proposals for the Business Unit. Supervising and leading the field team responsible for the implementation and monitoring of innovative market expansion projects. Additionally, coordinating these projects with the DD&T team.
- Customer Management Being the reference for national and international KEEs, as well as societies, ensuring synergies between the different therapeutic areas of the company.
- Compliance Ensuring that all activities related to your job comply with applicable external and internal regulations (policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and code of conduct).
Knowledge/Education Required
Education Required
- Degree – Master will be valuable- in Health Science
- English C1 level
- MBA is a plus
Previous Experience Required
- 5+ years working in the marketing area in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Sector
Preferable Skills (not mandatory)
- Previous experience in Oncology
- Digital Marketing Specialization
- Knowledge in Veeva Vault and experience working with Adobe (target, campaign, analytics), Google Analytics, Google Optimizer and Canvas is valuable. We need someone who ́s already worked in digital content environment and with experience in understanding user insights and experience from a content creation perspective.
