The Team and Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing leader to oversee all business groups, including the Play group, and support for Ultimate Ears. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, brand strategy, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strategic thinker, creative innovator, and effective leader who can manage multiple teams and deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all business groups (Work, Play, and Ultimate Ears) to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Align marketing plans with overall business goals, ensuring consistency and synergy across all groups.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate with business groups, commercial, site experience and creative teams to produce compelling and effective marketing materials.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to achieve their professional goals and deliver high-quality work.
  • Manage relationships with internal groups, external agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Brand Management:

  • Enhance and maintain brand equity across all business groups, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Performance Analysis:

  • Collaborate with the Business Insights team, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Determine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for various efforts to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing performance and ROI.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate marketing strategies and plans to internal stakeholders, ensuring understanding and buy-in.
  • Represent the marketing department in senior management meetings, providing updates and insights on marketing activities and performance.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Proven experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a management role.
  • Track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 100,300 - $ 223,800 depending on location and experience.

In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
