The Corporate Program Management Team at Roku ensures the success of the company's most critical initiatives, including new business ideas, product launches, partner initiatives, organizational governance, inorganic growth initiatives and acquisitions. The team reports to the Head of Corporate Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Subscriptions business at Roku and is comprised of senior program management leaders with business acumen, adept at solving complex problems, creating, and enhancing teams, and overseeing cross-functional initiatives.
The Director of Subscriptions Program Management will primarily focus on our Subscriptions Business, which aims at making Roku the top destination for streaming video subscriptions. This role will work closely with our Subscriptions business and leadership teams on various high-priority strategic and operational initiatives. Additionally, this role will be responsible for helping the business teams with overall goal setting, prioritization, and ensuring the team stays on track to achieve its goals.
This is a strategic Program Manager role responsible for developing, managing, and executing strategic programs that drive the subscription business’s long-term objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, problem solving, program management, and strong communication skills to align various cross-functional teams and ensure the successful implementation of key initiatives. For California Only - The estimated annual total salary for this position is between $250,000 and $400,000 annually.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
