Compliance Program Manager

Job Description

What You’ll Do: As a Compliance Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our networking products meet global regulatory standards. You will:

• Be self-motivated and work with minimal direction to develop comprehensive global compliance program plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead internal investigations and resolve global compliance issues.
• Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and propose effective mitigation plans.
• Participate in audits to ensure adherence to environmental and governmental standards.
• Provide status updates for the Compliance Organization and approval status during project team meetings.
• Communicate issues to the product development team and drive them to resolution.
• File compliance reports to obtain global regulatory approvals.
• Identify opportunities for improving compliance or procedures through business process automation, and engage with stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and manage projects to completion.

You are a team player who can manage multiple projects concurrently and have a good understanding of networking products. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• BS degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field with 3-5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge and expertise in industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements (EMC, Safety, Telecom, NEBS, etc.).
• Strong program management skills, proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Good understanding of networking products. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Web Development. Hands-on experience working in a lab environment/electrical testing.
