Your future duties and responsibilities:

-Supporting users of our schedule and time management application:
-Being able to liaise with other customer support teams for payroll.
-Informing relevant stakeholders if any customer issues arise.
-Proposing optimal solutions tailored to the client’s context.
-Offering a work plan to the client.
-Performing the necessary configuration within the application.
-Coordinating and conducting quality control for delivered modifications.
-Training clients on our various solutions.
-Assisting clients in using these new solutions.
-Documenting client-specific details and events.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

-Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in administration, accounting, or a related field, or any other combination of relevant studies and experience.
-A minimum of three years of experience in time management.
-Knowledge of schedule and time management solutions (timesheets, clocking).
-Experience in an IT office environment.
-Completion of the “Understanding Payroll Principles and Mastering Payroll Legislation” course from Cégep Ahuntsic or certification from the Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) is an asset.
-Proficiency in modern communication tools.
-Familiarity with the payroll preparation cycle (an asset).
-Relevant experience in enterprise implementation projects (an asset).
-In-depth knowledge of various payroll applications (an asset).
-Analytical, synthesis, and planning skills.
-Strong prioritization and organizational abilities.
-Effective communication skills.
-Customer service orientation.
-Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
-Proficiency in working with office tools.
-Excellent command of both spoken and written French and English (essential).
