Junior Program Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll learn how to create and manage direct marketing campaigns aimed at healthcare professionals, helping to achieve important traffic goals for our unique product portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in campaign setup, management, tracking, analysis, and optimization while working with a highly motivated team.
What You’ll Do - Learn and Execute Marketing Plans: Assist in creating, executing, and optimizing direct-to-physician marketing plans to meet traffic goals.
- Track Campaign Performance: Monitor the performance of various marketing tactics and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Analyse and Report: Help analyze traffic data and contribute to strategic campaign analysis.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, project management, and internal teams to track and report on marketing tactics.
- Support Account Management: Provide support to clients and assist with account management tasks as needed.
- Execute Campaigns: Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns on our platform and gain experience in using third-party platforms like Facebook and Google.
What We’re Looking For - Education: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, medical education, or a related field is preferred, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important.
- Experience: Ideally, you’ll have some experience in digital marketing (e.g., internships, part-time jobs, or relevant coursework) or a related field. If you’ve worked with digital agencies, analytics, or have experience in email and media marketing, that’s a plus!
- Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required, and familiarity with tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, or Facebook Ads would be advantageous but not essential—we’ll help you learn.
