WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Gain experience and add value across Forward's People Operations teams
- Support: We'll introduce you to one of the key components of our Forward culture, our People Operations teams. You'll have the opportunity to tackle daily operations activities, work with our Forward employees, and help set the direction for the support and culture we provide our employees.
- Manage: Take on key functions to support the growth and management of our rapidly growing, dispersed team. You’ll be challenged daily to identify new ways to improve our culture, training, performance management, and more.
- Build: Work with our People Operations and other team leads to improve our processes, tools and reporting.

- Responsible. You take ownership of your work, and you operate with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- A quick learner. Everyone at Forward wears many hats, and this role is no exception. You'll be working across multiple teams and solving problems that you've never been exposed to before.

- Startup experience is a major plus.
